If peace and relaxation is in your vacation plans, this lovely cabin is for you!  Located in the beautiful Hunter's Ridge community, it offers a private setting, yet is located just a short distance to all of the activities Deep Creek Lake has to offer!  This unique log home, built in a hexagon shape is sure to delight both inside and out.  The warm tones of the log interior sets the scene for a very cozy stay.  While the exterior offer over 2000 sq. ft. of 2 tiered decks.  Space is abundant for you and your family and Cozy Cabin will quickly become your favorite place to stay while in Deep Creek Lake!

the space inside the home and location were excellent. very private serene setting in the woods and plenty of room for 2 families of 4. cleanliness was a major issue. the comforters had clearly not been cleaned. there were sticky substances throughout the house and debris under the couches which all indicate a lack of care between rentals. patio furniture and kitchen appliances need to be replaced as they were broken or mangled. the house has a lot of potential if it was well maintained. and there were absolutely no cooking staples like salt and pepper or other basics like coffee filters. for the price, this place wasnt worth the hassle and discomfort.

We appreciate you taking the time out to leave us with your feedback John and we sincerely apologize for nay inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. Our Railey's staff strives for the best level of cleaning possible, however we are only human and sometimes we do miss our mark. In the future please do not hesitate to call into our office and we will quickly send out a housekeeper to remedy any issue. We will also be sure to pass along this information concerning the patio furniture and kitchen appliances to the homeowners for future improvements to the home. Loved this house! Plenty of room for our family of 6 plus grandma. TV's in every room, kids loved the pool table. Loved the coziness of the main room, with the wood-burning fireplace and the TV (with access to all major apps and easy to use) and plenty of seating, including a couple of reclining lounge chairs everyone fought over. Kitchen fully stocked with all the items we needed. Jacuzzi was hot and simple to use, no issues. We all loved that this house was in the woods with very few other houses around; nice to feel like you're truly getting away. Quick access to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. Lots of deer spotting, too. We had a great Thanksgiving stay.

My husband and I had a lovely long weekend at Cozy Cabin. Our favorite thing about this home was the location slightly off the beaten path, but still close to town. Nestled among trees at the end of a quiet road, a great place for stargazing and all the relaxation you desire. We loved the woodburning fireplace and enjoyed the outdoor firepit as well. Hot tub was very nice and the pool table was great for rainy day entertainment.

Absolutely such a great place to stay! Clean, plenty of amenities, view..our girls trip was perfect staying here..we all couldn't get enough of the cozy cabin! Not on the water but an easy 15 minute or less drive. Highly recommend.

This cabin is amazing. We have stayed here twice now and our kids talk about it all the time. There is so much space, so many bedrooms and bathrooms and just such a private setting. It is always immaculate and we feel so comfortable staying here. We love the pool table and hot tub and also the fireplace to watch a movie around. We can't wait to go back and can't recommend this house enough

The cabin was beautiful, very clean and just like the photos. Loved how secluded we were and the amazing views. The only thing I would would be the water from the kitchen sink. Pressure is so low it’s very hard to do anything.

House was generally ok. Clean. Two master bedroom beds are a bit bad to sleep on. Water pressure needs fixed. Outside of that, its a nice quiet house away from the noise.

The Cozy Cabin was warm, inviting and well appointed. While local attractions were in close proximity, we felt a real sense if privacy and serenity in the midst of the forest. The wood burning fire place and hot tub provided additional ambiance. We plan to make the Cozy Cabin a tradition!

The cabin was great in a lot of ways, but lacking in others. The fridge needs repair- it struggled to stay cold. The oven stopped working mid-weekend and the outdoor grill only had one working burner. We managed- thankfully it happened after Thanksgiving. This is also the first time I’ve rented from this company and it was surprising how few essentials like trash bags, hand soap, scrubbing brushes, broom/dust pan, etc were provided. But overall we enjoyed the cabin- it was very comfortable and the hot tub and fire pit were great!

My family just returned home from a 3 night stay at the Cozy Cabin. We had 4 kids with us (ages 2-7) who enjoyed playing outside in nature and being away from technology for hours on end! We all loved the layout of the house and the coziness. We loved everything about the house except for the steep hill down to the campfire. My dad, who needs to walk with the assistance of a cane had an incredibly hard time getting up and down the hill when we were down at the campfire in the evenings. Installing steps would be extremely helpful for those young and old! The location is nice because it is so secluded yet only a 15-20 minute drive to local activities and restaurants. The kids wanted to stay longer and we hope to be back again!

Very nice, updated cabin. Lots of room. Well stocked inside. Lots of chairs and gas grill included for outside on the two decks. The fire pit area is great but you have to walk down the hill to it. A walkway or steps would be nice. Very quiet and peaceful area, about a 10 minute drive to the lake.

We enjoyed this cabin a lot. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room and the hot tub. There was a lot of space in this cabin. Enjoyed every minute of our trip to this cabin. The only down fall was the fire ring was down a small hill.

We loved the coziness of the cabin and all the space. Kids had a blast in the game room while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Only down fall was the location of the fire pit which was down hill.

I just recently stayed at the Cozy Cabin and let me tell you the name is PERFECT!! You can definitely tell the place is under new ownership from the modernized decor, to the new carpets and furniture. I’ve rented other homes in Deep Creek but now that I’ve stayed here the Cozy Cabin will definitely be my go to! I can’t wait to book another girls trip!

Huge home with lots of space and plenty to keep everyone entertained! A few items such as king bed downstairs was a little dated but house overall had everything families need to enjoy vacation. Would definitely return. There were 4 kids and 7 adults. Plenty of space.

Cozy Christmas Get Away

Cozy Cabin was perfect for a Christmas get away and with the overnight snow and freezing temps on Christmas Eve we could not have asked for a more cozy place to stay inside. The master bedroom with the massive, comfy king-sized bed and gas fireplace was a lovely way to start the morning with coffee and and great view from the balcony. We cooked in the entire trip and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The Railey crew came out the early the next day and plowed the driveway and road to the house. Overall a great experience and look forward to reserving again in the summer!

Although there are certain items that really need replacement due to wear/tear, overall we had a really great time. Our goal was to spend quality time with our family and that is what we did. The hot tub, pool table and fire pit provided for great family interaction.

Amazing place to stay! I had 9 girls stay there for my sisters bachelorette party and everyone loved it! On a dead end country road so it was remote, quite, and relaxing! Definitely would recommend and possibly will rent again at some point! :)

When you say cozy it makes you think small.Thats not the case with the cozy cabin.The cabin is roomy and well equipped. Beautifully furnished.It will delight all sizes of families up to twelve although some will have to sleep in the living room. Would not disappoint.

A few of my girlfriends and I visited Deep Creek for a long weekend stay and this was the perfect cabin for what we needed!! Loved the location only being a few minutes from the Lake but got to experience the beautiful outdoors around us! Fully equipped with everything we needed! Staff was very helpful and pleasant during entire rental process! Would recommend to anyone!
