This breath-taking home, built in 2023, has everything you and your family could want and need for an amazing and memorable vacation! Located in the prestigious Waterfront Greens Community, Birdies, Boats, and Bobbers has access to a plethora of community amenities like lake access, a par-3 golf course, tennis court, and a bass pond. The lake access area is a very short walk from the home, allowing for easy access to take a swim in the refreshing lake or rent a kayak or paddle board to get on the water. The amenities at the home are just as great if not better! Cook up some fantastic meals in the stunning, open-concept kitchen with modern appliances, take afternoon dips in the home’s heated indoor pool, and spend evenings in the home theater for a family movie night. The sunroom is the perfect place for an afternoon nap, board games or to catch up on some reading in front of the fireplace. Head to the lower level for a friendly game of billiards or play a few rounds of classic arcade games! In the winter, gather in the great room and watch the snow fall outside the large floor-to-ceiling windows or visit the neighborhood sledding hill. With 7 bedrooms and multiple living spaces, there is plenty of room to enjoy time together or relax privately alone. With a large yard, you and your family will have ample room for frisbee, soccer, cornhole, or any of your favorite games. This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.
